Location: Bedford, PA

Pay: $19-$20/hr.

Placement: Contract-to-Hire

Shifts Available: 1st & 3rd Shift

Job Overview:

Join our team as a Brazer on the production line! You'll help operate machines, inspect parts, and keep up with fast-paced cycle times. This is a hands-on role in a team-based environment with great benefits once hired on.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload machines quickly and safely

Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards

Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

Maintain pace with cycle times (2-15 seconds)

Support a clean and organized work area

Skills & Qualifications:

General production or manufacturing experience

Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting

Mechanical aptitude preferred

Steel-toe boots required (eye/hearing protection provided)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
